Indian history depicts the achievement and victory in every era, be it the period of the Aryans, the Mauryas or the Guptas, or the European invasion before India got its Independence. India depicts a glorious history in every phase. The country is indeed very old and the best part is that, each region in India has a history of its own.

Bihu of Assam, Bhangra of Punjab, Ghoomar of Rajasthan, Yakshagana of Karnataka, Dandiya of Gujarat, Bharathnatyam of Tamil Nadu, Mohiniattam of Kerala, Lavni of Maharashtra, etc., would be the most popular dance types of India. When conversing about Indian culture, family and arranged marriages plays a large role. There are lots of festivals celebrated in India like Diwali, Dussera, Ganesh Chaturti, Holi, Rakshabandhan, Sankranti, Onam, etc.
